Shipping & Returns
The shipping method we prefer is USPS. All orders are shipped via USPS and you will receive an email with the tracking info. There are 3 main tracking statuses: Label created, In transit, Delivered. If the status is “pre-shipment”, it means a label has been created for your order but it has not yet been picked up / shipped.
We prepare and ship orders within 24 hours on business days and 48 hours during weekends and holidays. Carriers pick up 1 time at the end of each business day around 4pm PST. The status will be updated to “In Transit” once the package has been scanned into the carrier's system after pick up. It will continue to show “In Transit” throughout the entire journey to the final destination where the last scan updates the status to “Delivered”.
Returns - 30-Day Policy
If you would like to return your ICKY.com online Store purchase for any reason, you may return the goods within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. If your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us directly at email@example.com with supporting photos and a description of the defect and one of our helpful team members will get back to you within 48 hours.
We can only accept returns for products purchased in the United States and directly from the ICKY.com Online Store. If you purchased from a different online store or a retail store, please refer to your receipt / invoice and contact that retailer. They will help you with you return.
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size or color, please follow the return policy and instructions. You may purchase the new item you want immediately to insure the item is in stock. Your original purchase will be refunded when we receive your returned product.
Product must be returned unused in its original packaging. Product not in the original packaging and / or condition will be subject to a fee of up to 25% of the original purchase price. We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected, lost or damaged shipments. Return shipments should be sent with a tracking service
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If we sent you the wrong product by mistake, we will pay for your return shipping and ship the correct product back to you free of charge. Please include a note with your product highlighting this mistake.
The amount refunded excludes any outbound shipping paid on the original purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original payment card. We will refund your card as soon as we approve the return. Please note that refunds typically appear on credit card statements one full billing cycle from the refund date.
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a copy of your original purchase receipt. Make sure to include a brief explanation as to why you would like to make your exchange or return. You will receive an email from us within 48 hours with all details and how to proceed with your return.
